Rosemary Bach, Founder and Chief Marketing Strategist


Rosemary has spent her entire career in marketing, so starting a marketing consulting firm was a natural progression from the corporate world. In 2001, the climate was ripe for exciting and interesting consulting opportunities; she dove right in, securing her first client within a week. Since then, she has built NetImpact Marketing Services by working closely with a variety of companies across a multitude of industry segments and developing a team of talented professionals to assist her in supporting a growing client-base.

Rosemary enjoys working with businesses, helping them discover their uniqueness, and then ensuring that their goals are achieved through best marketing practices. When one project ends, the client relationship often continues with additional services or another project. She has worked with many of the same clients for years, as they move to other companies and progress in their careers. NetImpact’s track record for exemplary work is evident in the number of repeat clients as well as multiple marketing industry awards and recognition.

Personal — Interests and Family

Rosemary enjoys traveling, tasting new wines and relaxing at the beach. She has been married for over 20 years and currently lives in Seal Beach with her husband and son.

Nelinia Varenas, Marketing Consultant

Nelinia is focused on establishing long-term relationships with clients and continuously earning their trust. Having been an internal consultant/employee for Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized enterprises as well as entrepreneurial start-ups, engaging on a daily basis with the executive teams, she understands profoundly the issues that businesses face and identifies with the leadership.

Nelinia has a creative and problem-solving mind, as well as a profound interest in helping organizational leaders achieve their visions and differentiate their message through online marketing, website design and development, search engine optimization, content marketing, and visual messaging. She is also a collaborative leader who keeps projects progressing on time and on budget.

A student of business and organizations with an MBA from the University of California at Davis, Nelinia is a perennial student of her craft, and she evolves to meet the needs of her clients. More-over, she is a people person and enjoys brainstorming and stimulating conversation on a wide variety of topics.
